In other news: the back of my green sweater is done. Now to cast on for the fronts...

And DS1, the nearly 16-year old, is a happy guy these days! He got tickets for Metallica in Bergen on July 16th, and he got accepted into the school he wanted! It will be very strange not having him at home next winter, but this is something he really wanted, so I really hope he likes it.
That's it for now. Take care, and have a nice day:-)

NO WAY! I always wanted to go on a ship for my last year of high school (that is what he's doing, right?) Lucky kid! Some kids do that here but they're few and far between (I knew of exactly 1). Where does he get to go? Is it for a full year? I'll bet you'll miss him terribly but what a learning experience. Tell him I'm so jelous!

Thanks for tagging me:) I don't get tagged very often, so I'm excited when I do.

That's exciting about your son. My daughter was lamenting the end of the school year this year because many of her friends graduated. We agreed that it's sad when things change, but fun too. I'm not looking forward to her leaving in two years, but I know that she'll love having new adventures wherever she goes.

I think one of the most difficult things to do as a mother is to learn to let your children go their own way! congratulations for your son! Luckily I have many years ahead of me before that happens, my kids are still so young!
Haha, we have a 'Bergen' in Belgium too, first I thought: "that's a long distance to go to a concert" Haha!
And thank you for tagging me! Sorry, I almost forgot because your comment on my post dissapeared (because of the new server), and also because I forget lots of things thanks to the new baby coming up..
But I surely do it this week!!!
ps, love the green of your sweater in progress!
