...so I may have some fun...

Thought I'd give you a couple of links for some Christmaswritings and -fun...
BrittArnhild writes daily about the meaning of advent, and she also has an adventblog for kids( sorry, Norwegian only...) here.
Melanie also post daily- look at that himmeli she made!
And of course- just like last year- Drops/Garnstudio has a Christmascalendar, also availible in english...
Have a nice day:-)

Morning Marit, thanks for the shout out. We're now inside the castle walls on our Medieval Fair trip to Ludlow.

Your sheep are so pretty. Most of the sheep in the UK are white as that is the colour of wool the British Markating board will buy. Very bad for home spinners and knitters.

Love the cat walk! LOL

Klemzzz!!!

Cat walk (LOL) It just makes me laugh to say it. I remember my daughter's first cat would follow her to school for a block or so. We thought that was so "un-cat-like.

Thanks for the Gardstudio link. I love their calendar.

Hi Marit,
I came to your blog through Britt-Arnhilds Blog. Thank you for the song "Autumn Leaves" from Eva Cassidy. I liked it immediately. In earlier times (when I was young) I used to play the guitar and sing such kind of songs. This one I didn't know.- Ultimately, I started knitting (socks) again -you can see some of them in my photo blog "my sense of place".Apart of this, I'm drawing and painting and trying to learn a little Norwegian...Did you knit that wonderful shawl on Britt-Arnhilds blog? It's fantastic.

Just wanted to say that when I came to your blog today, "Falling Leaves" by Eva Cassidy was playing, one of my all time favorites, and something I play in the car on almost every longish trip!

I sat next to a man wearing a nice Norwegian sweater at a dinner for school the other night -- he takes a trip to Norway every two years, and has lots of relatives there, mostly on the west side. I almost said, "Well, I know somebody who lives on the west side of Norway where it is really lovely," but I didn't -- hard to explain the whole blogging phenomena to somebody who isn't into it :-)
