I'm still more or less offline...thunder and lightning took our internetconnection nearly 3 weeks ago, we got it fixed, but it turned out both PC's had given up...both networkcards(is that the right term...?) had stopped working. They are now being repaired. I'm using DD1's laptop right now, but that's one she is supposed to use for schoolwork, so I don't like using it. Anyway, I hope to be back during the weekend! Or maybe next week...
The advantage of being offline is that it gives me more to time to actually knit...;-)

Hi, Marit! Great to see you updated...but so sorry about all that's been having with your computer and internet connection. You are right though, it's amazing all the other things that get done when not online so much--LOL! Hope all is well there though otherwise. I sent you a letter yesterday. Sorry so slow with the letter, but we've been unwell here and much happening lately. And soon taking a trip to the USA for Christmas. Look forward to when you can get back to us here. :o) Happy Days to you all ((HUGS))

Hei Marit! Lurte på hvor det ble av deg, vet du!!! Litt av et tordenvær... dere har kanskje ikke sånn 'tordenbeskyttelse' til pc osv? Det har vi vært nødt til å skaffe oss etter noen forferdelige omganger med tordenvær her i Drøbak (men uten at PC osv har blitt ødelagt). Armbåndsuret mitt gikk midt i en smell her en sommer... Stor klem

Sorry to hear about your computer. Would a surge protector help to avoid it happening?

Any joy with the spinner for your wool? Loft creations (Stephanie is allergic to acrylic so I know she would appreciate a pure wool yarn.
